Petite Elite Dance Company
Ages 6+
Grace Conservatory introduces the Petite Elite Dance Company for dancers over 6 years old. This dance company will perform in and around the Northeast Florida area with at least 2 performances per semester (but not all GCDC performances or any out-of-town performances). This company trains dancers who eventually want to be a part of our GCDC.
Those who choose to audition for the Petite Elite must complete the Petite Elite Accelerator and audition in August.
The Petite Elite Accelerator: Ages 6+
The Petite Elite Accelerator is a half day camp designed to give younger dancers a glimpse of our full-day GC Accelerator. Your dancers will receive instruction in Lyrical, Jazz, Ballet and Hip Hop. You will have the unique opportunity to learn from multiple instructors in a collective setting, followed by break-out sessions that allow you to focus on specific choreography. We will end the week with a showcase of choreography learned. This camp is a requirement for any dancers who want to audition for the Petite Elite Dance Company.
Grace Conservatory Dance Company
Ages 9+ | By Audition Only
The Grace Conservatory Dance Company (GCDC) is an audition-only group for dancers over 9 years old that focuses on the importance of teamwork and performance. We require our GCDC dancers to set the example in grace and poise for the rest of the studio.
Dancers selected for the company will have the opportunity for additional performances throughout Northeast Florida. The GCDC has performed at the Jacksonville Christmas Tree Lighting, the Eddy Awards, the Harlem Globetrotters, Nocatee events, aboard a cruise and at Disney.
Auditions for the company will be held in August. The audition is one day only, and there is not an alternate day.
