About the Program
The Conservatory Program offers aspiring and current professional dancers the opportunity to train during the day in ballet, jazz, broadway, contemporary, and other styles of dance. Conservatory students must declare specialty in either ballet, jazz, or musical theatre before auditioning.
All training is completed Monday through Thursday in the afternoon, and students still enrolled in primary school would need to pursue academics in a homeschool or virtual school environment.
Auditions require assessment in ballet and jazz styles as well as a 2 minute self-choreographed piece in the style of their declared specialty (i.e. ballet, jazz, or musical theatre).

Many schools and companies value only the egos of the directors, but at Grace Conservatory, we value the strength and confidence of the dancer. We will not place a dancer in the Conservatory Program who is not mentally or physically ready. Finally, we are committed to building confident dancers who do not suffer from body image issues that often are a result of harsh, antiquated training.
